I REPRESENT HIROYUKI MURASE creative director of Suzusan and the eldest son of the Murase family. In 2008 he founded the Suzusan label in Düsseldorf with the intent to place the Japanse handcraft into a contemporary context. The roots of the Suzusan label lie in the Japanese town of Arimatsu. There, the Murase family has been refining textiles with the tradional shibori technique for over a 100 years.
